Very appolled

<p>I am a Capitec client and I loving the services.<br />I have an existing loan with them which I have 2858 to pay off on the loan which is 2 months remaining.<br />I am in need of a loan due to personal reasons and they are telling me I will not be able to get as I have an existing loan.<br />It’s not the 1st time I have app**** for a loan on top of a loan but now I am being told no.<br />Someone please explain to me what has changed?<br />I am really frustrated and need an explanation to this </p>
