Very angry client

Capitec has the worst customer service I have ever seen. In September 2025 they took R1000 from my account and said it was linked to ***** and later they discovered they were not suppose to even take the money from me at the first place this has been on going till now they say they still busy trying to get the money. I mean you took it very quickly why can’t you return it quickly too and include the interest. 5 months and still no accurate feedback from them
