VERY ANGRY CLIENT

this is a ZERO rating for CAPITEC, I'm so applaud and disappointed. I recently took out a loan with Capitec, I told the guy assisting me that we get paid on the 25th of every month and when he sends me confirmation of my loan it comes back to say they will debit on the 24th of each month...I tell the person again, that hey my guy I get paid on the 25th and he assures me that they will debit on the 25th of every month, and what do I get this morning a debit order that bounced because of insufficient funds, I call the call center and everyone tries to transfer me to someone who can assist and the line keeps getting cut... I AM NOT GOING TO HAVE A BAD CREDIT SCORE BECAUSE OF SOMEONE'S INCOMPETENCE, CAN SOME PLEASEEEEEEEEEEE CALL ME AND TELL ME HOW WE CAN FIX THIS 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
