Vehicle renewal system a sham

I paid for my car registration renewal about 2 weeks and the promised to have it delivered within 5 days..they even communicate the cause of the delay. The app don't even provide a way to trace the progress or the where abouts of my car registration papers.

I think they should just pay me back so I can go to traffic dept personally...my grace period is over and I got a ticket on Saturday. I'm sick of this
