VEHICLE/ PERSONAL Loan

I had an issue with a loan to purchase a vehicle R58000 with a 50% deposit available. I app**** for assistance and without receiving so much as a phone call I was denied.

I approached another dealership and app**** via another banking institution that approved me for R160 000.00 no deposit needed. I have sent 2 separate emails as a query and they have not received a response. It has as of today been a week. I called the client "care" center and was sent from pillar to post, sent to the credit department and then back to the loans and then back to client care with no one really showing any interest in assisting me.
