Veeeeeery poor service

Been to Capitec about two months ago to request for banking details to submit at DoL as was on maternity leave. Had my marriage cert with me as I didn't have ID with marriage surname due to lockdown and capitec consultant told me they dint accept marriage cert to amend surname on their system. Today I had my ID and went to Southway mall in Rossburgh where they told me to go fetch marriage cert as they don't accept IDs and when coming back with both ID & marriage cert, the person assisted me told me that marriage cert is not necessary I should've have been sent to fetch it. Very poor service received from Capitec hate this brand as of today.
