Vanderlbjipak capitec atm

On the 3rd of March 2026 at around 17:38 I was at Vanderlbjipak atm nearby by salons &bakery as I finished doing my hair I tried to withdraw R500 and it says invalid pin take your card.I took out my card and money was reversed back to my account as shows on my app(corrections).I attempted again at 17:39 and it's says again invalid pin take your card unfortunately I didn't get any cash and on my app it shows that the money was out where else I didn't get any amount from the atm.The next day I went to Vereeniging capitec branch and report the matter they said they will escalate it further I should expect my money in the next 24 hrs and was given a referenceno.Weekend passed still nothing and today I decided to go to Vanderlbjipak capitec branch where the incident took place and was told that they have closed the matter coz I got my money.I further stated that to the lady who was helping me that I never got any money hence Iam and she promised that investigation will be done and she will call me in the next 7 to 14 working days. Therefore, Iam really dissapointed on capitec as it is my main bank that iam using and they are helpless. I also failed to understand why they don't check on the footage.
