I wanted to increase my credit limit on my existing Capitec credit card. I went to the capitec branch in Johannesburg Kerk street. A consultant name Mamo Phakoane helped me.There was a problem with my account the work details could not sync on the system. Mamo explained to me every step of what she was doing and why and how it would help me.She gave me a turnaround time.She called me to give me feedback on the progress of my request.All this time she remained polite and professional. I feel honored and I think this was great service.It makes me feel valued.
