I Sonti Matlala received an sms from Capitec Bank on the 8th of September regarding my job application. The sms informed me that I will be receiving a call from them in a few minutes. I waited patiently and excited for the call as I'm desperately looking for a job. The sms had the name and contact details of the person who sent it. Unfortunately I was not contacted therefore I decided to call everyday for 2 weeks to find out what was happening and no one answered the phone. I sent an email to client services asking them to assist me to get hold of Nyiko the recruiter and after a while they responded and told me that they will pass the message but still no one contacted me. On the 3rd week I tried calling Nyiko again and a lady answered the phone and she informed me that Nyiko is on a family responsibility leave however she took my name and numbers. No one has contacted me since. I'm not forcing the bank to hire me but they should honour their promises. They cannot toy with people'say hopes,dreams and feelings. This is very depressing because I'm always thinking about the chance that I missed to be part of bank because someone didn't care . Please assist
