Utterly Disgusted with Capitec Bank

So 4 Years ago I decided to bank with Capitec bank, Biggest mistake of my life and money, how is it flippen possible that money can just disappear in my account and capitec is not liable for it,they not even investigating or willing to reimburse me for the money that has been ****** in my account using my App ,Obviously the people who have been *****ing my money since August are working with someone from capitec ,they have access to my App and they know the how to maneuver the system
