UTTERLY DISGUSTED

I cannot begin to understand this level of stupidity. I obtained a document from the Magistrate Court to confirm that I am my child's foster parent, only for whatever illiterate Capitec hired to tell me that they need a document from the Magistrate Court stating that I am the legal guardian. A BANK NOT KNOW THE LAW!!! MAKES ME DOUBT THAT THEY CAN BE TRUSTED WITH PEOPLES MONEY!!!!!
