utterly disgusted
I have submitted my bank statement as per the Mangers request to resolve my query since they failed to switch my debit order,& all they did is to investigate with Standard bank about the interest that was charged on my outstanding debit order, and they told me they can't pay the interest that was charged as it is part of the loan so I want to know why did they tell me to bring the bank statement as they call the bank and inquired on my behalf about the interest charged and who gave them the right to investigate my financial matters with Standard bank when they failed to switch my debit order with Standard bank?<br>
