Using My Capitec Bank Card

<p>I've went to Spar at 19:02 tonight to buy things for the house, at the paypoint whe tried several times with my Capitec Card to do the payment (with a positive balance) and it declined the whole time... I then went to the closest atm to draw money and none of the atm's wanted to give me money???... With that embarrassing moment I then went home only to find out that the "24hr Call Centre" wich is supposed to be a client care centre is offline??? I meen Capitec what the hell, the call centre is suppose to be online 24hrs incase something like this happens!!! What sould a person do if your card gets cloned and you need to phone but you cant because the helpdesk is offline???</p>
