Useless sponsor

<p>I am highly disgusted that capitec can be a sponsor for a big compaign like the color run but can not support its customers</p> <p>Yearly I partake part in the color run but because the capitec Internet banking and mobile banking was offline THE WHOLE DAY till 00:00 midnight which by the way is the cut off time to purchase the early birthday tickets I wasn't able to, I called the call centre to see if anyone can access my account and do a payment for me...but then again they were of no help...it didn't come as a shock.</p> <p>You have literally deprived me and my friends from attending this.</p>
