Useless plus!

I wish hellopeter would provide zero stars, although this would still be too many for a useless institution like this. Quick to respond with automated e-mails, one case being given three reference numbers. Then when trying to follow up, I'm given another two reference numbers. No wonder it takes them 15 minutes to answer a telephone call and 5 days to get back with any response! The people working for this place are as pathetic as any other company in South Africa - everything left to feed the dogs. In the meanwhile, we must pay our dues and WAIT- WAIT-WAIT!
