Useless pathetic SERVICE from CAPITEC bank. Why is THERE NO toll free number for existing customers!!!!!. You guy's have a million options to go thro and do you realize how COSTLY its to PHONE from a cellphone!!! Disgusting poor SERVICE. When one sends a COMPLAINT e-mail to you'll its rep**** after a week later or NEVER responded to !!!! WHAT ridiculous SERVICE is this. My CAPITEC banking app is in recent times offline so often and i can't make payments or transact!! Get a manager to call me back immediately!!!!!
