Useless Mercantile

THis must be the worst and most *********** bank I have ever dealt with. It is offline AGAIN! My previous complaint about how they decide when to block your cards I did not even bother to reply on their stupid reply. The most *********** personnel and IT department fo every bank I ever dealt with. Just tried to load a new client, during the attempt, BOOM!!!!, bank offline AGAIN
