Useless Insurance

I worked for Motheo steel engineering permanently when i made a loan with capitec bank, then Motheo steel was in the a process of being liquidated (under business rescue) when I resigned . I resigned to another contract work because I was no longer getting my salary with motheo steel. Since I new my obligations with capitec bank, I went to the bank and explained to then and they made adjustments and told me that as long as am still paying the insurance will cove me. Now that my contract has ended and I have 2 months outstanding installment that i should still pay, capitec bank says from the day I started working as a contract worker, I have been paying the insurance for nothing. Why Capitec explain personnel **** to me about me being covered ? why make me pay for a useless insurance? why change my working status on they system and knowing that its useless status for their insurance(Contract worker)? If the insurance was for death and other factors, why it costed me the same as i was working permanently.
