Useless inconvenient Bank!!!

I am literally going crazy, I am livid, many times people told me to open a proper bank account with a proper bank but I never listened, I run a small business collecting s**** and selling it, last week I sold my s**** and recieved my payment on my capitec account as per usual, capitec then decided to block my account, upon enquiring they requested a Source of funds document as proof of funds which I got from the company that bought my s****s and submitted it to capitedv, I have been to and from capitec the entire last week trying to sort this mess and they keep on telling me a different story as to why the account is still blocked, I can’t even pay my staff their salaries, my business is literally standing still because all my funds are still blocked without any valid reason, my husband’s account was also blocked due to this as I transferred money there, he also had to complain first before they could assist him and his is fine. I’ve just been to capitec now just to request a mere account confirmation letter they tell me that I need wait another 5 days, does capitec even care about their clients??? They say there’s nothing they can do…!! How???!!! What a useless inconvenience excuse of a bank!
