Useless Forex with Capitec. Lines are not working. Ridiculous!!!

Hi. I am absolutely frustrated with Capitec forex. I had some money on my Easyequities. When i transferred from Zar to USD it took 5seconds.Now,i want to get. my fund from USD to Zar nothing i can do. Capitec FOREX department absolutely pathetic. Firsy they said i must go to branch and i did. We called Forex while i was in branch Capitec consultant was busy talking and line dropped. Now there is no way to contact with Capitec Forex. I have called them numerously but no luck. Their phone number works but as soon as connect to consultant line goes dead?They can call me easily but because they dont want to help they cannot reach? My phone number at your system is up to date!!! Absolutely ridiculous that i can't get help from Capitec Forex.. So how should i get my fund now? Please allocate my fund that belongs to me immediately.
