Useless employees
Your employees pitch up for a pay! Useless bunch working for Capitec. 1. Phoned this morning to find out how to change my surname on my bank account. Got told bring id to branch 2. Drove to 30km to bramch. Got there i am told i need marriage certificate. Tell them i am divorced. Now they dont know what to do. 3. Phoned call centre again they tell me hold on they will find out. Held on for 10 minutes no one came back. 4. Phoned again. So lady (Nicole) tells me hold on she will give me Fica email adress...phon3 disconnect.
WORST BANK EVER. FOR SURE CHANGING MY ACCOUNT!
