Useless debit order system
Such an inconvenience bank. I don't know what's the point of giving them a date to debit your account cause they just don't follow it. They supposed to debit the 15th which is a Monday but no they choose to debit on the 12th, like useless system they have.

23 Jul 2024, 10:56I need to find out about the tracking system that can't seem to be able to fall on the salary date. When checking next debit order date it says 13 Aug which is a Tuesday and 15 is Thursday, how is that helping us not having arrears? Now my credit status is messed up as you debit and reverse my account saying it's a debit order dispute.
