Useless customer service

I have sent an email to Capitec customer service to be assisted with a card purchase from YouTube but I keep on getting an automated response saying that I need to add a brief subject on the email and detailed email. I have done so but I keep on getting the same response and I also attached the screenshot or the card purchase
