Useless CEO and Bank

Guess what it has just been proven that staff and CEO of capitec all share one brain, and it dont work. I dont speak idiot so I am finding it very hard to communicate with anyone from capitec bank.

I have been fighting with them for 5 months to deduct Money for my loans , from my FNB account but the village idiots were still deducting it from my capitec account that I no longer use. They eventually managed to sort out the one debit order but the dumb ..... cant get the second one right and have sent me this message.

Capitec: Account ***, we received your partial loan repayment, so your Capitec credit insurance is unpaid. R41.86 payable. Info ***.

Mr CEO I have sent you a emailed you but as like the rest of your staff you are just as useless. Close your bank as it is as pathetic as you and your staff are. Like I said in my email to you that if it was not sorted I would take it to the papers, social media and the ombudsman. You have left me no choice. I will also be seeking representation on this matter.
