Useless Capitec Social media platform

Just today I was fortunate to notice quickly an unauthorized transaction from my capitec account. I try to call capitec numbers that I found on Google but they didn't go through, but again there was a whatsapp number and I messaged it. My message was rep**** to by a person named Wedaad. I told Wedaad what had transpired on my account and requested him to stop the transaction and reverse it. Wedaad rep**** by saying "We can log a desoute but we cannot reverse". I reckon Wedaad meant dispute by "desoute", but he didn't correct himself. I asked him if this means that I am not going to get my money back and he rep**** by saying that he cannot confirm it. By God, what's the use of Capitec whatsapp if they cannot answer to or confirm basic banking principles?! Why is Capitec masquerading a social media help platform if it cannot assist their clients! Just recently I made capitec bank my primary bank through which I would receive my salary but it looks like I made a big mistake, I will have to rethink my options if my money is going to be ****** and they cannot "confirm" it
