Useless Capitec putting a hold in an account and can't explain

The most useless bank in the world they stopped an account with no explanation or reason. The Westgate lower branch couldn't explain they can only log a call and hope for a response. Capitec does not call or notify why the account has a hold. They logged a call and said we should come back the following day, how stupid how dumb. What kind of bank is this?
