Useless Capitec

The worst bank ever to deal with. That was the reason for me changing my bank I have been advising them on numerous occasion that my salary date is the last day of the month but they keep debiting me on the 27th of every month charging me arrears fee on my loan payment and messing up my f***** credit score. The last agent I spoke to today said the exact samething that she cannot change the debit order date and that they attempted to debit my account already with insufficient funds there. I have asked her who will be liable for reversal fees and she advised me that I will. I hope there will b no reversal fees or else capitec will be paying these fees. I hope all those arrears fees will be reimbursed to me.
