Useless Capitec Bank doesn't do reversals

Hi Capitec Bank is useless it's didn't even try to help, one has to ask the person that I send my money to by mistake to send send me back my money. They didn't do anything I just wanted them to reverse my money back to my account instead of them telling, they just gave me the run arounds ultimately I was told I will not be getting my money they can't help. I'm taking my business elsewhere. Capitec Bank sucks I will not be banking with them anymore.
