Useless Capitec bank credit card

I opened a credit card at Capitec bank, I used it on that day and it was working.The following day it was not working at all I can't access even R100. Went to the branch ,they tried to help and even called their head office and I was told its gonna work after 48 hours. I waited again and went back today wednesday (23/10/2019) still no help they are calling everywhere with no success.Capitec is very useless how can they approve a card that I can't use.Am so disappointed and angry.they wasted my time if they rejected my application I would have gone to the other banks instead they wasted my time.
