Useless Capitec Bank

Capitec bank is one of the most useless banks in South Africa. I send R1100 to someone by mistake and they can't help me get it back. Few months ago somebody send me money by mistake n my account was frozen by Capitec. I could not transact or do anything. Today it's me and the useless person from clientcare tells me to go to Small claims court for a person I don't know n don't have their details. If you still using this useless bank you better run and go to another bank. I'm taking my salary to where they will listen to me not this **** bank.
