USELESS CAPITEC BANK (****A SHOP)
Useless department and managers at Capitec bank, Habiba Bawa (Manager) Business Complaints and client care centre, the most useless. Transferred funds into a wrong account in 2023, till this day I haven’t been helped, they don’t respond to emails nor answer calls. Im great full to the departments who tried to help though but did not have capacity. Capitec is a real ****a shop, shouldn’t be called a bank.
