Useless Capitec bank

So, useless Capitec bank just sent me a credit card statement for a credit card that i settled & CLOSED in 2018 Suddenly on the 25th of February 2021, they decide to charge me R40 for a "Monthly Credit Card Service Fee" and i must "rectify" "You have exceeded your credit limit of R0.00 with an amount of R40.00, please make payment to rectify" R40.00 buys two loaves of bread, i'm not about to donate it to these *********. I'm also not about to waste my airtime calling their useless call centre either

Then they follow their emailed statement with an sms notifying me that "payment will be collected by debit order on 19 March". A whole debit order!! Authourised by whom? Well done Capitec, you've reached a whole new level of incompetence!
