Useless Capitec Bank

I dnt know why we have to assign a star to begin with to rate a company that is useless as Capitec Bank. I have been ****** by Capitec bank cz I sent a cash send last week Friday but it did not come out and they said they will fix the issue within 48 hours- it’s been 7 days now. when you call their useless customer service you dnt get any help but get people who depend on your account in order for them to get a salary who are rude and *********** baffles me. I wish we could have a petition and be able to close these useless banks cz they not for the people at all. I can’t wait to end my contract with them today they will never see a cent from me again.
