Useless Capitec Back
Hi , I sent money via Capitec cash send option to a friend on the 06/07/2021 but he was unable to withdraw the money due to the atm having a problem. I reported it to the capitec customer service (ref = ***7) and they informed that it will take 72 hours to attend to it. It is now 6 days later and they are still investigating. Please assist as the money is desperately needed , Thank you
