Useless capitec

Once again I think I had enough of this useless bank CAPITEC..... That told me 12400 transfer that was done in from my account they can't assist me and i cant get the money back but it's in yourlls holding account pathetic...... Capitec staff urll are not trained to handle customer issues urll need to be trained urll are actually uslesess and as for the branch manager in Meadowdale edenvale capitec I wonder who employed you 🤣you and that person that employed u should be dam fired mxm.... To the public please don't bank with capitec they not trained to handle customers bunch of pathetic idiots
