Useless Capitec

****** useless bank, I cannot reverse a debit order of R379.99 from Isabel Gassia that I didn’t accept, I called capitec immediately and the lady I spoke told me that the link expired they won’t deduct money since I didn’t authorised. I logged on to the app to reverse the debit order no luck and I couldn’t see that the two links expired but the money went off. I called capitec this morning that idiot I spoke too, told me they can’t reverse the debit order, what is the point of accepting the link because if I don’t accept and it expires then automatically the money goes unless that lady I spoke to from capitec accepted it. She mentioned that I shouldn’t worry because the expired. This ****** ****en bank and stupid app and *********** consultant cost me my ****** money, a competent consultant better call me now … sis
