Useless bank without facts

Hi Capitec blocked my account on 26/05/2020 without my knowledge , I am in the Network Marketing business with different companies to make extra income , I receive various payments from people who buy products and some pay for trading classes, people I also sent money to from my account their accounts are blocked without their knowledge , I’m being told the funds were from a ********** account , how was I supposed to know where the funds were coming from , I’m really not happy how they are handling this whole thing , I need the accounts of the people I sent money to be unblocked ASAP
