Useless bank with useless ATMs

I received a cash send as payment for an item, I went to the ATM at Angelo mall in Nigel to withdraw my cash send, I had to wait 30mins for the ATM to turn on, once it turned on I went to withdraw my cash send and the ATM was "processing" for 10-15 straight then it turned off again, I did not get my money and I want my money, I am very upset I am even considering changing banks because of this. We called in they logged a call, today we received a message saying that the money was dispensed and they can't do anything, when was it dispensed? And who took the money? Because I didn't take any money from your horrible horrible unreliable ATM
