USELESS BANK THAT DOESN'T PREVENT ***** ACTIVITIES

A few days ago I reported ***** activity from a company called Just Fashion claiming to be giving away free Dove products from an online survey. I told the bank consultant Vuyiseka that they debited a small amount but twice and that their link seems to be unavailable. This useless consultant says I should try calling the ****mers like I'm so ****en dissapointed in this bank. I've had this account since 2010 and they are becoming useless and useless by the day. Today these ****mers took R166 from my account and attempted to take another R600 but unfortunately I had insufficient funds. She also then told me they cannot reverse these funds even if they are still pending....YUCK!!
