USELESS BANK !!! I want my money

This is by far the worst bank I have ever came across .. my account was stopped with R35500 money inside of which was part of my SALARY !!! weeks ago without my acknowledgement .. I received no calls nor no messages from anybody at capitec .. I went in to 3 branches and still no ****** assistance . I went to the capitec branch in Balfour park and was told to go get an affidavit, payslip and etc and they will send all documents to ***** prevention .. I sent all the documents they requested for me . They said they sent it to ***** detention and it’s been daaaays and I still haven’t gotten any feedback from anybody . I’ve called and called and went into the branch like a crazy person and still no assistance , what kind of bank is this ? Now everything of mine has been put on hold .. I couldn’t purchase stuff for my family , had to loan money because CAPITEC stoped my account and refuses to assist me !!! And to make it worse , my salary is supposed to be coming in but it can’t because capitec put my account on hold !!!
