Useless bank

Month 1 they put me into arrears because their systems couldn't deal with a debit order which is on debi check. Didn't take the debit order off at all but still have the nerve to tell me I am in arrears on a 0 balance

Month 2 they take off more than 10x the agreed debit order amount and then lie to me to say it was because it was their debit order amount from 2 months previous

This month they took a debit order off 8 days before the due date Have yet to reply to my actual original question. Have blamed their chat bots for verifying my account even tho no permission was given

This is what a 30% pass rate gets you. Maybe capitec should revisit their systems. Have now been forced to take this up with the ombudsman

I will not continue doing Capitec’s job for them. Unless you are prepared to pay my hourly consulting fees, I refuse to spend more of my irreplaceable time correcting your repeated failures. My full history is already on file, and this matter will now be escalated to the Ombudsman — and hopefully Wendy Knowler will also take note.
