Useless bank ever

I've bought airtime twice through bank but it never reflected on my account they keep on sending me with useless references number to come back to the branch time and again for nothing now they call me act as if I received airtime that never showed up on my phone they tell me about Blue Label capitec they should be the one giving me feedback
