Useless bank ever
Useless bank ever, I don't know if shall I say useless bank or useless employees. I have been banking with this particular bank for 19 years, all my transactions are there in and out and servings, but they refuse to give me just a personal loan of R20K they told me about affordability, then I asked FNB, FNB offered me R124K. Since my wife app**** for a Business account with Capitec, they promised to call her back, it's now 3 weeks. She then opened it with FNB same day business account was active.
