Useless bank

Quite possibly the most useless customer service department. According to one of their customer service advisors, for safety and security reasons, there's nothing that they can see on their side that we, the customers, cannot also see. So there's actually no additional assistance that they can provide and you need to visit a branch for detailed transaction assistance. "It's banking, just simpler" my ass.
