Useless bank

I'm extremely disappoint never did i ever thing i would be part of the group that is unhappy with Capitec as i have been banking with them Since 2012.. I noticed an unauthorized transaction going off my account and i immediately called them. all they could tell me was to contact the merchant who by the way is non existent they themselves cant track the merchant yet i'm expected to work a miracle to get them to refund me. Instead of them reversing a transaction they can clearly see was *****ulent how pathetic nxi. they are not to be trusted and dont care if you get *****ed.
