Useless bank

I did a capitec send cash of 2500 yesterday, this morning when I went to the Atm, it showed as unredeemed, when I tried to redeem it, said already redeemed, this was at capitec Watergate mall, I went inside the branch only to be told I have to wait 3 working days because there is something wrong with the send cash system...... The lady had no remorse whatsoever, she refused to call the manager
