Useless bank

What a useless bNk and *********** consultants. I asked the back yo reverse a paymeny made on thr 20th July even today am still waiting. Thry told me tha i will get feedback after 7 to 14working days but it's been more than tbat and thry don't dven update you on the process. I bern calling them everyday but everytime they are telling me that thry will get back to me whivh they never did. Capitec don't respect their customers and they dn5have sense of emergency.
