Useless bank

Capitec closed my account along with my main account with an amount of R5347 on my savings plan and had no means to communicate with them as my phone was ****** I tried communicating with the through email but there's no response Capitec doesn't care What will my child eat they locked my money there They have no sympathy at all how can Case be closed with my money inside or they want to **** me the money because I've provided everything they needed from me but still I can't access my funds They are eating and living good life but Here iam I don't have food but I have my money in my account that I cannot access but it's mine This bank is not to be trusted
