Useless bamk
Huge disappointment this bank is money was ****** from my account I dis everything made a case but they unab to return my funds pathetic service that I'm getting from a bank that should have protected me against these things totally useless. Looks like they are encouraging ********** activity. This has been going on now for a month now you are no help ar all

03 Oct 2022, 11:32Everytime it's the same story we are investigating but when the money was ****** it didn't take this long toy guys just let it happen Useless bank this. You have no empathy With customers you service sucks. Why do I pay fees if you can get them to refund my money I made a case but no that's not enough you Taking me for a fool lots of clients has lost money because capitec just think about themselves but come in the long run you basically force these ****py products on clients to take. This is not one. Sending a person from pillar to post. I will be taking you to the ombudsman As well if my money is not returned because you think that money grows on trees so ita fine just steel from. The poor people they can't do anything. To hell with this I'm done arguing with you if there's no aolu during today or tomorrow then you will have to deal with the consequences because you let this happen
