Useless App and complaining about doesn’t help

Your App never works on pay days!!! It’s useless having an App that doesn’t work when you need it. I once complained about this App and the lady I spoke to really made me angry because she told me IT confirmed there was no issue on the day I said I’ve tried to use the App.
